Refund policy

1. The seller will not reimburse the sums paid and will not accept any return for the products ordered to measure.

2. If the goods arrive at the buyer in a damaged state, the buyer is required to inform the delivery agent and the seller within 24 hours in writing, with photography or video proof of the damages caused to the goods and the associated packaging for verification. Failure to comply with this request and this period will lead to the cancellation of the seller's obligations.

3. Due to the artisanal nature of the goods, they can be subject to variations and slight discolorations. Certain color variations may also occur due to the calibration of the computer screen and the printer. The buyer recognizes that these variations and discolorations are not attributable to the products and accepts the possibility of such occurrence.

4. The buyer must inspect the goods on delivery and must, within twenty-four (24) hours following delivery, notify in writing to the seller any alleged defect, lack of quantity, damage or breach of the description or quotes . The buyer must give the seller the possibility of inspecting the goods within a reasonable time after delivery. If the buyer does not comply with these provisions, the goods will be definitively alleged in accordance with the terms and conditions and exempt from any defect or damage.
